Requesting Absence

Absence during term time can only be authorised at the Headteacher’s discretion and only in exceptional circumstances.

If you need to request some time for your child/ren to be absent during term time please ask at the office for a Leave in Term Time Request Form.

If you wish to make an appointment to discuss the circumstances of your request for authorised absence please do so via the school office – 0121 464 5813 and ask for a request form. This will need to be completed and signed by both parents/carers or whoever has parental responsibility.
