At St Barnabas, we are proud of the rich music provision we offer our children. Every child has the opportunity to listen to a range of instruments, to perform, and to experience live music, including visits to the City of Birmingham Symphony Orchestra (CBSO). Music is woven into daily life at our school, giving children the chance to express themselves with confidence and creativity.

Music also plays a central role in our collective worship, supporting our Christian character and church distinctiveness. Our approach is inclusive, ensuring that all children, including those with SEND, can access and enjoy music fully, achieving success and a sense of pride through their musical journey.

Children at St Barnabas have an opportunity play instruments through the providers Rock Steady and Services for Education.
