Parents and carers are encouraged to raise any concerns about their child’s education or provision at the earliest opportunity. In the first instance, concerns should usually be discussed with the class teacher. If the concern relates specifically to a child’s additional needs or support, parents may also speak to the SENCO. If the matter is not resolved, it can then be referred to the Head of School, Denise Gardner. Parents may also choose to speak to a school governor.
If a matter cannot be resolved informally and you wish to make a formal complaint, please contact the Executive Headteacher, Emma Grice, or the Chair of Governors, George Craig. You may also contact our CEO, Claire Grainger.
The governing body takes all complaints seriously and considers each case on an individual basis. We are committed to working with families to resolve concerns fairly and promptly.
For full details of our procedures, please refer to our Complaints Policy, which is available under the policies section of our school website.
