Relevant skills and expertise you are bringing to the role of governor.	I am an Assistant Headteacher, experienced SENCO and Head of SEND across our trust of schools. I hold a Master’s in Education and the NPQSL, and bring experience in SEND and inclusion, safeguarding, staff development and whole-school improvement. My role as Head of SEND continues to develop my strategic leadership through working across our trust to strengthen inclusive practice, develop provision and support improved outcomes for pupils. Within school, I am part of the senior leadership team and contribute to strategic priorities, quality assurance and the ongoing development of inclusive practice.
Why I wanted to be a Governor	I became a Staff Governor to contribute my knowledge and experience to the school’s strategic development while bringing a staff perspective. I value the opportunity to provide both support and constructive challenge, with a clear focus on achieving the best possible outcomes for all pupils.
