Year 3

This year, instead of a weekly test, children will be taught spellings three times a week in school. At the end of each half term, the children will be tested on a random selection of the words they have been taught over the course of the half term.

 

In addition, children will be tested termly on the Year 3/4 statutory spellings list.

 

An overview of both sets of words can be found below.
